Refund & Return Policy

 

At B.A.E, we take pride in delivering quality desserts — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

 

 

1. All Sales Are Final

 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been picked up or delivered.

 

 

2. Refunds & Replacements

 

We may issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:

 

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item was damaged before pickup or delivery

  • There was an error on our end

 

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if applicable.

 

 

3. Late or Missing Orders

 

If your order hasn’t arrived or you missed a scheduled pickup, reach out to us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
